It is gearing up to be a very interesting legal debate in court. Is the law protecting Georgia’s marshland also extending to dry land? This is the interesting question for the Supreme Court to answer. The result of the decision could have a huge impact on development on the Coast of Georgia.

In 2005 the Land Resource Companies received a permit for construction of two marinas and three community docks, the largest marina complex in the state, and Cumberland Harbour has been fighting a legal battle since then.

    I really would like to keep abreast of what is happening with this situation. It appears to me that every development that Land Resource has been involved with has had some type of legal issue.
