Fourth of July is without doubt the biggest celebration of the year in St. Marys. And this year’s festival is no different. The day starts early with the traditional 5 K and 10 K Runs and a 1.5 K Fun Run for elementary school age kids starting at 7 am.

The 4th of July Parade starts as usual at 10:00 am. If you want to participate in the parade, click here to download the application for the parade.
Over 100 vendors are planning to participe, there will also be musical entertainment, Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest, Watermelon Eating Contest and much more. As always, there’s a Classic Car Show, children throughout the festival. The Main Event is of course the traditional 4th of July Fireworks on the St. Marys River.
The Kiwanis Club of St. Marys together With the City of St. Marys cooperate to arrange the festival.
